This edition, published last year in the U.S. to mark the 100 anniversary of E.B. White's birth in 1899, includes a brief foreword by White, written in 1976, and a new introduction by Roger Angell of the New Yorker.
About the author:
E.B. White is best known to us as the author of children's books, including Charlotte's Web and Stuart Little. He was also a New Yorker journalist who won many awards for his writing including, in 1978, the Pulitzer Prize.
