"Chocolate & Zucchini" is a blog written by Clotilde Dusoulier, a 27-year-old Parisian woman who lives in Montmartre and shares her passion for all things food-related here - thoughts, recipes, musings, cookbook acquisitions, quirky products, nifty tools, restaurant experiences, ideas and inspirations. The blog was created in September 2003, as an outlet for someone who feared her friends might tire of having their ears bent about what she had cooked/eaten/bought/baked, although they didn't seem to have a problem with being fed dinner. The book is a collection of seventy new recipes (which do not feature on her blog), accompanied by her own idiosyncratic commentary on cooking in France, the USA and the UK.
