Harumi moves with her mother and grandmother to a small country town where they plan to open a souvenir shop. She comes upon a Shishi (a mythical lion with magical properties and the power to repel evil spirits) which she gently polishes to see its markings and is abruptly transported into a mythical world of ancient Japan. Ages 8+.
